You know us for our robust range of apprenticeship programmes covering digital marketing, team leading, business administration, network cable installer, and more. Now, we're proud to add another feather to our cap. Alongside our existing Level 5 Human Resource Consultant Apprenticeship, we're excited to announce we can now also offer the Associate Diploma in People Management as a standalone course!
This Associate Diploma, regulated at the RQF Level 5 in England and Northern Ireland, is a game-changer for HR professionals keen to develop their skills and drive change within their organisation. The course has been designed to help those of you in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, People Analyst, Employee Relations Manager, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, and many more. On completion, you will attain the Associate Membership (Assoc CIPD).
This comprehensive course is designed to expand your knowledge of HR through a combination of core units and specialist areas. The core units include Organisational Performance and Culture in Practice, Evidence-based Practice, and Professional Behaviours and Valuing People. The specialist units delve deeper into areas such as Employment Relationship Management, Talent Management and Workforce Planning, and Reward for Performance and Contribution.
But that's not all! To tailor your learning experience to your interests, you also get to choose one optional unit from a wide range of topics, including Specialist Employment Law, Advances in Digital Learning and Development, People Management in an International Context, Diversity and Inclusion, and Well-being at Work, among others.
The duration of this comprehensive course is typically between 12 and 16 months. With this time investment, you'll be well-equipped with the skills and knowledge to make a significant difference in your organisation.
